NetTeller - Safari Browser Issue Resolved
We have received notice from Apple development that the 5.1.7 release of Safari will resolve existing NetTeller login issues. Go to apple.com to download the new release.
Relocation of Rock Hill Branch 4/30/12
Our Rock Hill Branch, currently in the Frontier Insurance Building, will be closing on Friday, April 27, 2012 at 12:00pm. We look forward to serving you at our new Branch location at 244 Rock Hill Drive, Rock Hill, New York on Monday, April 30, 2012. Lobby Hours are Monday thru Thursday - 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm. Drive-Up Hours are Monday thru Thursday - 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday - 8:00am to 5:30pm. Saturday Lobby and Drive-Up Hours are 9:00am to 12:00pm. Safe Deposit Boxes are available at the new location. Our new phone number is 845-796-9924 - feel free to call us with any questions.
ALERT - Phishing Emails
We are receiving reports of phishing emails being sent from what appears to be a NetTeller email address - customer_service @cm.netteller.com with the subject line of NetTeller Watch Notice. These are "Phishing emails" trying to get customers to click on the embedded NetTeller access link. These emails are not coming from NetTeller. Should you receive an email like this, DO NOT click on the link. It is recommended to permanently delete the email.
