Catskill Hudson Bancorp announces Dividend
Catskill Hudson Bancorp, Inc. announces a .06 cents per share dividend as of record date 7/13/10 and payable on 7/23/10. Catskill Hudson Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Catskill Hudson Bancorp, Inc.
FDIC Insurance
Catskill Hudson Bank is continuing their participation in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program through December 31, 2010. All noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. Note: Negotiable order of withdrawal accounts - NOW ACCOUNTS - at .50% APY no longer qualify as non-interest bearing transaction accounts under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program.

The Bank has received regulatory approvals from the State of New York Banking Department and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to open an additional banking office at 157 Stockade Drive in Kingston, NY. We look forward to the opportunity to serve an expanded market area in Ulster County.
